Niko is interested in developing computational tools for epigenetic data analysis. He is currently working on developing software pipelines to look at repetitive regions of the genome and is using them to study the effects of CDK4/6 inhibition on breast cancer. He received his B.A. in Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis. Niko's interests outside of work include music and board games. |
