Alok is a DFCI medical oncologist currently doing post-doctoral research in genitourinary cancers. In the Brown lab he is interested in epigenetic mechanisms of resistance to various therapies in advanced GU malignancies. He received his undergraduate, medical and doctoral degrees from Duke University and moved up to Boston for internal medicine residency training. In his spare time he enjoys reading about non-science subjects and walking around outside.
